Decades of commercial banking experience working for you.
Brett Haigler founded Commercial Capital Connector after more than 30 years working inside commercial banking institutions—originating loans, evaluating credits, and managing lender relationships at major banks across the country. He knows how lenders think, what they look for, and how to structure a deal that gets approved.
Today, Brett leverages that institutional knowledge to benefit borrowers. Commercial Capital Connector maintains a proprietary, searchable database of 476+ lenders — spanning banks, private lenders, credit unions, CDFIs, and specialty financing partners nationwide. The database is indexed by unique lending parameters, enabling efficient identification of the right funding sources for every client and every deal type, both inside and outside the traditional banking industry.

We provide honest advice and transparent communication — even when the answer isn't what a client hoped to hear. Your long-term success matters more than any single transaction.
Our mission is to dramatically reduce the uncertainty borrowers face. Through thorough preparation, proactive communication, and active lender management, we make sure deals close — not just get started.
Every engagement builds something lasting. The organized Data Room and Deal Summary we create in Dropbox become your permanent financial credentials — making every future capital transaction faster, more credible, and more competitive.
Small businesses create the majority of jobs in America. Protecting them from failure due to capital access constraints is not just a service — it is a purpose. We believe every viable business deserves access to the right capital on fair terms.
We understand the constraints lenders operate under. Our process is designed to make their job easier — delivering credit-ready packages that enable fast go/no-go decisions and reduce wasted effort on mismatched deals.
Most client engagements involve more than one transaction. We build long-term relationships — advising on capital structure, navigating lender challenges, and planning for growth well beyond the initial deal.
Working with Brett Haigler at Commercial Capital Connector was a completely different experience than we expected. From the start, Brett’s deal summary and credit memo stood out — thorough, well-organized, and clearly built. He didn’t just make introductions and leave us to figure out the rest — he stayed engaged through the entire process, helping us understand our options and make informed decisions. Most advisors stop at price and terms. Brett went further, helping us think through overall banking relationship fit — which lender made sense for us long-term, not just who offered the lowest rate. That perspective, combined with his knowledge of which banks were the right fit for our business, made a real difference in the outcome.
